Even a $5 million valuation doesn't come close. That whole section in the filing is just another scam statement to sucker people in.

Look at it this way...lets' assume an 8 BILLION O/S right now (just guessing from the recent MASS that just got dumped). Negating the DEBT that Sorrentino thinks he can write off, it puts this POS at a cash value of approximately .0006. He'd have to do a HUGE R/S and maintain the PPS to even be considered for a major listing. Let's not also forget that he first has to file with the SEC to make SYNJ fully reporting.

It ain't gonna happen! Sorrentino loves to keep shareholders in the dark so he can manipulate this POS any way he can to take their money.
