My 2 cents for today…..

I have read through the company´s SEC filings from 2012 to date (as have other I am sure) and I have noticed that management has had shares since the company was incorporated. These initial shares under rule 144, theoretically are free trading as they are aged at this point (more than 6 months old).

Bearing in mind that the company is a fully reporting company since 2012 and seeing as the company has never filed with the SEC anything to do with the sale of insider shares, which is by the way, is a legal imperative, I believe that the management of this company has not sold a single share since inception of the company. Plus the fact that if you go through the filings you can see what shares they have received since 2012 and if you add them up, you will find that they actually are still holding 100% of their shares.

My three questions to you and everybody that is doubting this company are:

1. What makes you think that all of a sudden in December management will start selling?
2. If most of us can see that this company is a “monster in the making”, what do you think that management is thinking when they know 100 times more than you or I do about the company and where it is going?
3. The company traded between $1 and $0.50 historically, would you not think that they would have sold then rather than now?

This is not a penny play anymore, the company walks, talks and acts like a big board company and we all need to stop thinking like this if we want to turn our holdings into large profits in the months and years to come.

IMO if 75% of the float sat tight for just two trading days, this stocks PPS would be double if not triple what it is today.
