for us with GSE

the issue simply is not the same

Congress passed HERA

HERA allows the .......

HERA per one judge does not even allow oversight by the courts

Our issue is not the abstract like AIG

But what under HERA can the GOV do and not do and can courts tell the GOV to shove it

(summary - we with the GSE have to deal with the added obstacle of HERA and thus AIG is good to read and a fine decision but not a precedent that is applicable)
