Are you saying that after what, 5 months, is not plenty of time for both company's to back out of the deal as they are able to within 30 days if either are unhappy?

I don't think it's a question of backing out, it's a question of what happened to the payment schedule and why. They could have explained it easily, it they had an explanation.

And maybe that have cancelled the deal and are just waiting to announce it in the 10Q like they announced the cancellation of the payment schedule?
