How long has each company been around?
Both with brick and mortar locations?
Both a basic retail outlet of products that have been out for like ever?
How long did Walgreens have their eye on the acquisition?
How long did the deal go back and forth before it finalized?
Did Walgreens pick up the phone one day make an offer and it was done the next day?
Was the 8k filed the same day as the deal or was it days in the making?

So many questions hope you have time to work through them so we will have a better understanding of how EPGL is not doing this deal correctly.
Maybe they can learn from this one and do the next one more smoothly.
