If ABRG Reverse Mergers with Venture Oil?

I've started the notion that ABRG is about to do a Reverse Merge with Venture Oil. Here's how I think this could play out, remember this is just my opinion and that consists of pure speculation in this matter!
So the shell (ABRG) has 149M float, or less. ABRG bought the R/M partner Venture Oil or 75% of it some time back. When Venture Energy is created by the RM they will cancel most of the outstanding shares then could do a forward split. Then they will issue the new shares to the R/M company, Venture Energy. Next step is to move the price of the stock to a reasonable level for a private placement. Bingo! a 10 bagger maybe!
