I agree that there is no guarantee... it is a bio with shady past and I guess present.
However, here is a decent chance based on the current pps. If they dilute further they they are also diluting insider shares. That is what I don't get.... even if the insiders get more shares their value remains the same. I mean more shares does not mean more in market cap.
