I am in 100% agreement with Izzzzzieeeee. We don't have all the information on all of the mini-evacuation deployments. We don't have information on the communications between Baltia and FAA.
We do know that the AC on the emergency slides were revised since October 8th, 2015. According to sources on the message boards, we know the outcome of the slides, but in limited information. We do know that it has been 15 weeks since the latest test, and we all feel that this has taken way too long.
But honestly, taking the actions on your own without the consults of Baltia spells trouble, and it may not look good for you and everyone who owns the shares. We all want to know what is going on, and Igor already told us on Facebook, and it seems that many aren't accepting his words. We are shareholders for Baltia, but it doesn't mean that we are representatives for Baltia, and we don't speak for Baltia. Any contacts you make to FAA, you are speaking for yourself.
I know some has already reached out to FAA, and I say, "Good for taking such action, but I hope you didn't dig a grave in the process."
I honestly think that Baltia needs to make another post, advising the shareholders on what they should do. They may tell us to stand down and wait, and we should listen to that advise.
If one takes the story to the media...be sure to cover your bases. I won a class action lawsuit against a company because they violated the WARN act. It took the lawsuit over 5 years for them to award me a nice size check. We don't want a lawsuit, specifically not now.
