Sorry to correct you but Anstalt is NOT settled!!! Look at Motion for Summary Judgement filed by Anstalt on 10/27. They don't file Motions if already settled!!! So unless settled in last 2 weeks it's not settled.

If settled please show just 1 legal document proving that! Motion to dismiss or settlements are filed with the court. You can see the other 2 lawsuits have settled by the documents in Pacer.

(Good work for a "startup" getting sued 3 times in under 3 years. Paid $65,000 to dethrone. It was in a filing. Nobody knows amount of Texas settlement but pacer shows case closed should find out in next Q.)
