TWO seperate issues. This was about the "majority's" authorization to do the R/S. The company would have to change their SS with the state (Nev.) before THAT would happen. DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH, IMO. Also, they will need to compensate for the R/S. (Toxics)
Bottom Line, If they don't specify it in this 14, in ain't happening.

Paint jobs in EITHER direction are a cry for help.
