I was poking around the address listed for WOGI and ran into a list of other businesses ALSO at that address. Got a G.A.M.J. ENTERPRISES LLC that JUST COINCIDENTALLY happens to have/had a office in Pennsylvania. Run by Jerry M. Costanzo

Maybe not around anymore but at one time they were in the same building as WOGI in Suite 102G which some searches place WOGI IN AS WELL.
Also many complaints of taking peoples money and not doing the marketing job that they were hired to do. FIVE STAR ACCOMMODATIONS is the name that people were complaining about.
