Lots of speculation about what's going to happen after the r/s. Anyone have their L2 up for tomorrow?

Today was a solid blow right to the vagina bone, but I'm thinking, and imho,

1)the management team did this to have the note holder sell or have to settle for a lower price and lose lots of $$$

2) that in order to go to the nasdaq, like he said, he was going to have to play this card.

3) the company is in fact a "scam" the management team D'd us all hard on a Monday morning.

But im a rookie with less than 2 years in stocks,
