NDAs can be used to hide many things.

(it) is common practice when both parties agree to a nda. It protects the future revenues and damages of the IP.

Company A settles for 1 million + licensing fees + royalty
Company B settles for 5 million + licensing + royalty
Company C *big boy* settles for 15 million + licensing + royalty
Company D *bigger boy* settles for 20 million + licensing + royalty
Company E *aka Microsoft, Google, IV, Apple, Cisco, Ascent, Verizon etc.... JUST EQUALS A STRAIGHT BUY OUT!!!! for BILLIONS!!!

The NDA also ensures that you'll never know if REVO does any of these things.
