Well it all depends. The merging company may have demanded the increase in order to move forward. Its good if the company is a income generating entity with earnings. Remember they are acquiring a shell company with a 72 million dollar nol. I'll be happy with a penny per share return on this 20 yr POS ! F U Bill Martin you should be in jail.
