Moon, i always value your opinion but surely you have to see some good in this. we all knew it was a turnaround story so revs dip expected, losses dip is great.. is it the additional financing thats throwing everything off? if so, cant they get financing where conversions are not an option or just at a much later time? I dont see them making a dumb deal, especially with allt he work they've done to get to where they are with Nasdaq compliant, reducing debt, etc...
