If you look at the Cannaworx website, you'll see two ways they offer people to invest in their projects. I think all Wingett did was put a small amount of cash into one of them so he could make it sound like a partnership of some kind.

Or, you may be right that the two will merge their respective pos companies into one pos company.

I'm not sure if the Helping Hands people will be apart of it, though.

The other possibility is that Wingett will milk GEAR for all she's worth and then just abandon it the way he did with MISM.

We'll have to wait and see.
