Another transaction, this time by Africa Oil, that should make it even clearer that the Kosmos deal did not provide enough cash to eliminate the need for further fund raising and dilution by ERHC (as soon as it reverse splits its way out of the current dilemma of not having any more shares to issue of course). Difficult to understand how anyone would think the price will go anywhere but lower as the r/s meeting approaches.
