I agree and have additional thoughts on it.

If CA remains not for profit until 2018, and all IVXX proceeds are reinvested into IVXX expansion in CA "until" CA goes to for profit, the overall effect is the same as if for profit comes sooner.

Product is sold, proceeds are acquired. Only difference is where the proceeds can be used, and EITHER WAY it is STILL of benefit to IVXX, TRTC, and investors.

Only point of contention from me is that I don't want to see Ellen of California NORML quoted for a "statement" she now says is untrue. She made clear she is not a lawyer.

Her "statement" is "This is above my pay scale. Suggest you contact one of our legal committee attorneys." VERY CLEAR.

Why are we still arguing this point? 2 years is not long. For-profit is inevitable.
