I gave my thoughts a couple weeks ago here.
Supposing an offer has been received, then it may take time for negotiations to occur. How long depends on how close the two sides are.
There doesn't seem to be a lot of leverage on srsr side of things, but at least dan is there to represent the shareholder interest. I assume he will not take a deal that is detrimental to that interest. If the offering party presents a fair deal, then it shouldn't take a long time. Worst case, it all falls apart, which isn't in either party's interest.
