I was a little shocked to see the float. However it's never cheap to acquire other company's.

He stated it would make SNXG profitable. So my thoughts are the shares that have transferred to the market were needed for the purchase.

I'm not worried about it. In talking with multiple holders here On the board I've seen that with just about 10 of us we own over 300 million.
