The only hype that would work is a PR from BAXA..that says..

"We have sold out the first production run..and have orders for many more"..

And from CDEX.."Production has started".. Announce that revenue growth from the last filing has grown xx percent..

If all that is really true.

The lawsuit would still be a drag factor..but much less than it is now.

All this stuff that CAP, etc, is spamming has been seen many times, on all boards, and is not doing a damn thing to help.
