OneBode Companies
On July 7, 2014 the Company announced that it sold OneBode Holdings LLC and OneBode Ventures LLC for
$3,500,000 to the Healthy Home Company. The Agreement provides for Healthy Home to pay a minimum of $10,000
a month until the remaining balance of the sale price was due during July 2016. Healthy Homes was unable to
complete the acquisition of the One Bode Companies. The Company has expensed its costs in the OneBode
Companies totaling $4,306,929.
