1) Out of all cases (Appeal, CFC and DE) which one will stop the NWS first, in your opinion and your estimate month it will happen?

2) Whats your opinion on DE case winning, and why not file amicus brief in DE?

Would like to know the progress on setting up a shadow board to represent shareholders, are you still considering it?

3) With new forensic accounting proving that bailout was not necessary why not challenge 2008 deal also and try to cancel warrants, or is it next once 2012 NWS is cancelled that you foresee considering?

4) How many depositions were completed besides the 7 before 4 months extension was approved. Were Mr Hank Paulson and James Lockhart deposed? Who else? If you can share.

5) Have you found more interesting emails between WH and other people like you said at Columbia Uni?

6) With the latest Freddie loss do you think it will add more pressure on Govt to act?

7) Have you considered filling your own recap plan in court or making it public sometime in future?
