Could be but I would like to add a comment regarding the accuracy of the tests which are being disputed in the lawsuits.
If you watch the presentation/video that LJ posted, Joshua Hackel (a leading orthopaedic clinician working at the Andrews Institute) seemed to be quite familiar with the Intellicell method of isolating the stem cells.
If this is the case, you'd think that he would have done his homework to prove or confirm that the Intellicell method works and that the numbers of stem cells produced was accurate, otherwise he's setting himself and the Andrews Institute up for a lot of criticism and I can't imagine James Andrews allowing that to happen.
Also remember that the guys filing these lawsuits have a personal agenda (we don't know what it is) and could be looking for an out of court settlement perhaps and as the company is hard pushed for cash, they might accept a payment in shares instead - wouldn't that be nice, especially if things start to develop here.
This just my opinion but there are so many different possibilities and multiple agendas playing out here, the lack of communication from the company means that none of us really know what is happening...
Thoughts???
