It isn't my toxic debt death spiral, it is solely down to FLPC.

Not a unique or imagined situation but one that is often used to milk cash from obliging small investors. In effect it is the cash raised by selling large numbers of shares at a huge discount to certain types of "institutional investors" who then gradually sell them back into the market at a profit, this of course, is to the detriment of those small investors who think they are grabbing a bargain.

Toxic debt death spiral financing can be read about on the internet and it does explain how things are done. If done carefully it can be disguised as genuine financing but just scratch the surface, which the authorities rarely bother to do, to see the corrupt thievery involved.

Once the shares have all been offloaded the trading becomes very light, as we've seen with FLPC of late.

The clue is in the steadily declining SP, as we've clearly seen here.

There may be the odd engineered spike on news of great things that never actually transpire but very few small investors make money on those.

A bit of good old yehhaaaaaaing at the point of say a "restructure" can bolster the price artificially for a short time allowing the financier to offload at an even better profit in the short term, it looks like plenty of volatility so people buy into it on the rising spike only to see it dropping down. Many try to catch the falling knife and so the plan unfolds until all the dirty stock has been shifted again.

Some companies are really good at this and can run the system several times before closing shop and moving on to the next fantastic company, the BOD here are reasonably adept at it having done it before but anybody with open eyes can see what a sham it is if they are prepared to look.
