GRISWOLD, if that is the route Baltia wanted to take, they could have completed three more mini evac tests. Its been 90 days which is very critical considering if certain issues are in process, Baltia could begin the entire process again (it says that in certdogs post taken from SAS or SMS clause...something about 90 days of inactivity.

Obviously we're in the middle of issues; so we're not inactive, but it has been 90 days...through no fault of our own.
