For what it's worth and maybe this is a long shot but...the recent news of joint venture with a major grower could in fact be a vertical farm or farms. They have a huge burden of lighting cost and this would drop that substantially. With weather being so unpredictable it's getting more common. Could be I'm way off base here but I hope not.
