It wasn't thrown out. It's just a nutty lie!!! The court documents clearly show it has been an active litigated case since Jan. 29, 2015. He won't give you a straight answer will just say he was right in past. Will be interesting to read the answer to motion of they file one. That should shed light on TBEV defense arguments.

Fact is company LIED in PR & SEC filings!!!!! Was never "thrown out" & never settled!
