So, to be clear, you are of the camp that q4 is paid or nearly paid and they have 34 mil to go for EVERYTHING, correct ?

With their recent fundraisers, that brings in 32 milly - so we are basically there. IF that is indeed true, then we have a problem. WHY on earth is PPS so low at this stage ? I am expecting possible delays as that is the only thing that makes sense. Damn LaViolette
