I have wrote emails to both the DOT and The FAA administration offices in Washington regarding these same concerns. I received a response back only from the FAA stating I would have to contact the FSDO regarding my questions. I have sent an email to the FSDO Detroit office yesterday and have not heard anything yet. I'm feeling that the response will be that it's out of their hands and they handed it off to Washington and I will get the run around! I think we need a higher entity asking the questions to get anywhere..... Aka News stations, News Paper, Government officials, Ect.!
