LOL so you consider a "filing" news??? Haha anyone could have known a filing was going to hit that day. To add on Gristedes. I lived in Manhattan in upper west side. There was a Gristedes right next to me on Broadway and 96th..I often went there ONLY when the upper west side market on 98th didn't have something specific I wanted. However, when I did go to Gristedes it was always dead inside. If people wanted produce I noticed (even myself) would either go to the market or go down to whole foods which is not too far...so you need to get over the OLD NEWS...you guys keep talking about stuff that came out years ago. We already profited off this move.. It's time to move on to the next ticker. I was giving my opinion to SELL because the chart was screaming a reversal along with the L2 movement. VFIN may take this down to .001-.002 where it belongs.
