As for damages contract signed by Mike & Toby specify $2000 per day!!!
Great negotiating by them!!! I guess since they didn't honor any other part of the contract they shouldn't have to honor the liquidated damages clause. Now it's up to a judge to decide (unless they settle still a possibility but seems unlikely but could happen)

I think you last sentence although confusing was asking the link to the Affidavit signed by President Michael Holley of TBEV on 9/11/15. Read it!!! He admits everything!!! Not sure why his lawyer advised him to sign this!'n
