With their idea of distribution being Amazon and their idea of advertising campaign being FB, twitter, etc. and having to prepay for a production run as they stated, $2M+ in toxic debt, 2 known lawsuits, 1 lawsuit left out of the 10Q, their "need" for the equity line and more, do you really believe a Busch is involved?
