The amount of the lawsuit and what the payout could be is HUGE for a start up company that has just introduced a product will limited revenues. It could easily put a big blockade to finalizing the $5 million credit line. Maybe that is why we have seen NO 8K about it! Right now I am pissed I had to find out about this lawsuit from IHUB and NOT from the company's SEC filings!
