Yes, they're asking for that much, but that doesn't mean they'll get that much at all. I agree with some others here, they will get their original note worth back plus a little interest. That won't be a big deal.

Worst case scenario, we lose, and we do pay off with the 5 million. That still leaves us 4.2 mil to do a lot with.
In the end, we win because the notes will be all gone.
