EVERYONE! I DID DD from those law suits filed from Alpha Capital Anstalt to the past 6 companies and wrote down notes for each one. Take what you want from it, but I studied their charts and PRs from the time around the law suits were filed to now. You are welcome to do your OWN DD, but I thought this would help some. Based on what I've gathered, they are a company trying to attack companies with weaker management so they can file a law suit and get millions. I don't think it has worked for except maybe one time, so here it is:
