I would agree with you but that is NOT what President of TBEV Michael Holley states under penalty of perjury on his affidavit dated 9/11/15!!!! Why he signed that document I don't know. Will be interesting to read TBEV answer to motion if they file one.

My main issue is that the company lied in PR put out by Joe staying No litigation when there obviously was! Some on here say is was thrown out previously and that is obviously a lie! No document from the court states that. It's just a nutty lie!

The court will decide the issue shortly or TBEV could still settle. Who knows
