Of course the Reverse Split will fail. Most subpenny stocks that perfor a R/S start issuing new dilutive shares right after the R/S, hurting their shareholders even more.

Reverse split would back fire, because of the huge float, they would have retire shares. Otherwise we be back here in 0003. All reverse splits fail this low
