We have nothing to worry about here. All this noise is just a distraction to get us to stop thinking where this drink is heading. The people who filed the lawsuit are obviously in the game of doing it if they have had 33 lawsuits in the past 8 years.

They are just a boy who cries wolf. Nothing to fear.

What we should be focusing on is the amazing distribution news coming soon and how they plan to use the 5 million line of equity!! All the hurdles are almost gone!!! Just a few speed bumps going on and once they are clear, it is a brand new paved road right in front of us and it is just waiting for us to speed on!

All the ducks are lining up nicely and take off time should not be much further away.
