Why do you think, that travel plans of an officer might have an influence to the company?
The thing which has probably more influence is, that I would speculate, oil price is raising again, and when BAYP gets more income from oil sales, their investments might get profitable.
I also would think that the oil terminal company, which they had made a contract with, might play a more important role in the next months.
