Melvin can't keep his story straight

At one point he said that booking was working but just "disabled" (He cleverly deleted that tweet already). Even the message on Oveedia says it is just "disabled".

Now on Nov. 5 Melvin tweets:
"After a long day testing the booking script, we decided to start designning the RECEIPT the customer will get."

Here is a riddle for you: How do you start something that you already finished????
