After doing some digging, I have to ask, what was the purpose of SW releasing news of graffiti paint when they've had this stuff for years?

Unless there is something new about this version they released a few days ago? When you look at the labels of theirs (SW) it says "low VOCs".. If it was hybrid's wouldn't it say NO VOCs?
