Nutto... you are exactly right. They(ALPHA CAPITAL ANSTALT who is against HPB) have 23 filings for lawsuits in the past 5 years!!!

They have

Their list of lawsuits go on and on. I am not worried at all here. It looks like they are just in the business of trying to find little ways to get millions for no reason.
