Holding Jim Dial accountable:

I have seen this used as an argument about why "money is safe" here, for a long time.

OF course ANYONE can be held accountable, yet people still do things wrong. But let's assume that dialer is smart enough to NOT break the law, or do something "wrong" for which he may be punished. Unlike any of the criminals who are in jail today, and anyone who has ever paid a fine, etc.

Has anyone ever tried to get the dialer on tape as having said there were only 39.5MM sos?

I would guess that Tx is a state where you can't use tape recorded evidence unless both parties know it's being tape recorded, so I would suggest that someone call Jim Dial and TELL HIM that you're taping the conversation, and then ASK HIM POINT BLANK how many shares are out, and see what happens.

My guess? The "dialer tone" but maybe not.

then again who's going to spend thousands and thousands of dollars to chase some guy down in texas who was smart enough to outsmart you?

how many complaints a year does the SEC get about pink sheet stocks and the "CEO"'s who run them? I would guess HUNDREDS if not more.....

this is going to get interesting from here out, all other things I say are opinion and not rooted in fact, BUT I GUARANTEE THAT THIS WILL BE INTERESTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
