And Baltia has a lot of demand, we should be sitting in the pennies just like a year or two ago....07.

Baltia has progressed much more since sitting at .07 and this should be reflected in the pps.

FAA continues delay which is unacceptable to a company that is ready, willing and able to begin proving flights.

And whats with the frequency allocation adjudication...thats easy, we're just applying to retain it (SOP); we already have it.
