Just posting verifiable facts. Someone else posted links to the documents. Motion for Summary Judgement filed by Plantiff asking for Award of $904,234.24 plus attorney fees, interest and additional $2000 per day from 10/27 thru Award. Motion is supported by Affidavit from President Michael a Holley under penalty of perjury that TBEV did not pay or give the stock owed!!!!! Signed 9/11/2015!!!!!!

"No litigation"!!!!! Lmfao!!! These are not settlement documents!!!! This is a Motion supported by affidavit of the president of TBEV!!! I advise all to read them!!!!

They better get that million to pay this off!!!!!
