My take on the "news": (MY COMMENTS IN CAPS, NOT YELLING... just differentiating the PR lines from my comments...)

I GUESS THEY DON'T PLAN ON V6 IN THE USA AT ALL. UHGGG! AND, IT'S DISAPPOINTING TO NOT KNOW WHAT THE "EXCITING PRODUCTS" ARE THAT THEY'LL TRY TO SELL IN THE USA.


"As the interim president, my charge is an extremely focused, short term undertaking, to:
-- Secure short-term financing within the coming weeks through private placements and work to complete an SB-2 filing, permitting MediaMax to finalize a contemplated $2 million-plus round of funding, expected to close within 45 days."

I'M GLAD HE'S FOCUSED. HE'S HUNG OUT A DEFINITE DATE FOR FINANCING....45 DAYS....ABOUT AUGUST 12 (UNLESS HE MEANS BUSINESS DAYS, IN WHICH CASE IT COULD ACTUALLY BE 9 WEEKS).

"-- Complete the realignment of the Company's agreements with SunnComm to the benefit of both parties, greatly expanding the products that can be sold by both organizations."

TIME WILL TELL. THIS IS JUST TALK FOR NOW.

"-- Assist our entertainment industry sales agent, Ripp Entertainment in closing several major contracts and implementing a core group of new entertainment enhancement products within the major DVD distribution companies and studios."

AHH, THE DVD RUMORS AGAIN... AGAIN, TIME WILL TELL THE TALE. NEXT MONTH, NEXT YEAR...

"-- Finalize a definitive agreement with InMOD Solutions(http://www.inmodsolutions.com/main.html) who is aggressively working to close several production agreements with multi-national organizations (some of which will be announced shortly)."

HERE'S THE REAL TEASER..."SOME WILL BE ANNOUNCED SHORTLY"! OF COURSE, WILL THIS MAKE ANY MONEY? THAT'S THE REAL QUESTION.

"-- Complete pending strategic acquisitions that will leverage SunnComm's newest technology and provide a laser-like focus on the entertainment industry at large and, specifically, the Music, Movie and Download segments."

AND, ANOTHER TEASER...."DOWNLOAD SEGMENTS". THERE'S A LOT OF FLUFF IN THIS PR. IF ONLY SOME OF IT COMES TRUE, THEN WE'LL HAVE A CHANCE AGAIN.... BUT, THAT'S A BIG IF.

THIS ONE PR HOLDS SO MANY OF THE LONG-TOUTED RUMORS: DVD DEALS, DOWNLOAD DEALS, IMMINENT FINANCING, V6 DEALS, DEALS TO BE ANNOUNCED SHORTLY, ETC. WHAT ARE WE TO THINK? ARE WE SUPPOSED TO BELIEVE THIS IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME? SO MUCH OF THIS SOUNDS SOOOO FAMILIAR.
