BRM.v-- so maybe the seller bought much higher, on the spike, and is now using this as a tax-loss vehicle. If he's got lots more shares, this could get uglier.

The other possibility is that he bought very low, say 15-20 cent level, and now wants to get his profits, even reduced profits.

But i would think buyers will eventually step in, no?
