Not sure of the arrangement but think I heard that 250k was spent, that seems more than excessive for customizations of an office shell space, wouldn't you agree?

Now, I don't know the arrangement but might have included quasi-ownership, pre-paid lease, etc. Like I said in my comment this will show up as an asset of sort if there was that much money spent and what bucket it is in I don't care.
