Shell? It will be grey when it comes off of suspension which makes it worthless and the SEC has already start revocation procedures which means it will be gone. Stockholders still own the company (although what that is exactly is a question)...its just private.

the company should have filed a Form 15 a year ago if they didn't want to give the SEC the option to revoke.

But the company didn't do that.
